About Centa AI

Mission

A small or mid-sized company should not need half a day a week to know how much it earned, who owes it money and what tax to pay. We are building accounting that keeps itself and shows a person only where their decision is needed.

What we build

Centa AI processes bank transactions and documents, matches payments to invoices, keeps double-entry books on the NAS chart of accounts, estimates taxes under the Tax Code and answers questions about your finances (Centa Intelligence). Who it is for

YATT, MChJ and other legal entities in Uzbekistan, and accountants and outsourcing firms that keep the books for several companies.

Principles

• Numbers are never invented. Code computes money and taxes; an unknown field stays empty.
• The law from the source. Rules are quoted from the Tax Code on LexUZ with the edition date.
• Honest status. If a feature is in beta, awaiting credentials or not available, we say so.
• People make the decisions. Centa automates the work but does not stand in for an accountant.
• The web is the main product. Telegram is a convenient companion, not a requirement.
• Three languages. Russian, Uzbek and English — everywhere.

How site content is written

Guides and product pages are written by the Centa AI editorial team — the product team. Rates and deadlines in tax content are checked against the Tax Code text stored from LexUZ; every such page shows when it was updated, when the legal sources were checked and links to LexUZ. The legal rule, Centa’s interpretation and an example calculation are shown separately.

Tax content has not yet been reviewed by an external accountant or tax adviser — and the pages say so. When a reviewer is involved, their name and qualification will be shown on the page. More in the tax methodology.
