How Didox documents flow into accounting
Didox is an electronic document exchange operator through which companies in Uzbekistan exchange electronic VAT invoices, acts and contracts. For the books a Didox document is evidence of a sale or a purchase: it has to land on the right side, be linked to its payment and never be counted twice.

A document’s path
- Direction. Sale or purchase is decided by your STIR among the document’s parties.
- Type. A VAT invoice or act is the basis for a receivable or payable; a contract is a reference document and never a debt.
- Matching. An invoice or act looks for its payment on the statement by counterparty, amount and the document number in the payment purpose.
- Duplicates. A document received from Didox and also uploaded as a file is one document: duplicates are detected by the Didox id, then by type, number, date and amount.
Didox documents are one data source of Centa AI accounting software; statements and cash are the others.
