1C: importing exports and syncing

Centa AI works with 1C in two ways: by uploading exports — the trial balance, document and transaction registers (available) — and by syncing through 1C’s standard OData interface (beta, verified against a test server).

  • Status:1CBeta

Centa connects through your own organization’s API access. The integration is not an official partnership.

Importing exports

Excel exports from 1C are read as accounting data: opening balances from the trial balance, documents with type, number, date and amount from registers, payments from transaction sheets. Rows that cannot be read are never invented: they are listed in a question.

OData (beta)

When the standard.odata interface is published, Centa can read documents and payments directly. Entity names are configurable for your configuration. Details in the 1C integration guide.

How Centa differs from 1C and how to use both is covered in 1C or AI accounting and on accounting software for Uzbekistan.
